We’re thrilled to share that zypl.ai has successfully raised a $3M Pre-Series A round at a $35M valuation, led by Prosus Ventures, with participation from Battery Road Digital Holdings and AstanaHub Venture

Since its launch in 2022, zypl.ai has rapidly emerged as a pioneer in synthetic data and AI-driven risk management, working with 50+ corporate clients across 13 markets, including global financial institutions like Qatar National Bank and FINCA International.

At the core of zypl.ai’s technology is zGAN, a proprietary generative adversarial network designed to enhance anomaly detection and risk modeling. Integrated into Lucid, the company’s no-code AI platform, this technology is already transforming how financial institutions build and deploy AI models for credit decisioning, fraud detection, and risk assessment.

The company is led by Azizjon Azimi, who graduated with an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Knight-Hennessy Scholar and an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School as an Aga Khan International Scholar. He had previously graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts and double honors in economics and international relations from New York University.

With this latest funding, zypl.ai is set to accelerate global expansion, further develop multimodal AI solutions, and deepen its presence in credit guarantees and insurance markets—a natural next step beyond traditional risk assessment.
